Press Registration

Journalists requesting media credentials (press badges) for PVJapan 2011 must register at the press reception counter on the 2nd floor of the Exhibition Halls 9-11.

Please print the registration form (PDF) and present it along with a business card at the Press Reception Counter.

 

Press Accreditation Policy 
 -
Media credentials are limited to those acting in an editorial capacity for relevant publications or news organizations.
 - Publishers/associate publishers, analysts, sales, advertising, PR, marketing, market research, technical support staff, consultants and exhibiting company personnel are not eligible for press credentials.
 - Persons issued press credentials are prohibited from advertising sales while at PVJapan 2011. Press credentials will be revoked for anyone engaged in sales or solicitation activities.
 - A press badge is valid only for the person whose name is on it. Please do not lend or give your badge to others.

 

Photography / Recording  
 - Photography and recording of audio and video by members of the press with valid press badges are permitted with the consent of the person in charge of the booth or seminar. Photography and recording of audio and video without permission are strictly prohibited. Please ask for permission before photographing or recording.
 - Photographing of slides projected on screen during seminars is prohibited.
